About Charme and Sons
A Peoria handyman company with carpentry roots, built on honest pricing and work we stand behind.
Our Story
Charme and Sons started with Raymond Ducharme and a simple idea: do carpentry and repairs of all kinds, do them right and treat every customer fairly. Raymond built the company's name in Peoria one job at a time, fixing what was broken and building what homeowners needed, from doors, trim and framing to the repairs that never seem to end.
When it was time to pass the company on, Raymond's son Nathan took over and kept the business going. He carried forward what made the company worth trusting: careful work, clear communication and fair prices. Under Nathan, Charme and Sons has grown into a full-service handyman company that handles drywall, plumbing repair, painting, flooring, doors and windows and property maintenance alongside the carpentry it was built on.
Today, the business is still a local, father-to-son company, still hands-on and still built around the same promise: show up, do the job properly and stand behind it.

How We Work
Every job follows the same simple pattern. We listen to what you need, look at the work, and give you the price before we start. We protect your home while we are in it, do the work carefully, clean up and walk you through the result. If something turns up that changes the plan, we tell you first and you decide.
That approach comes from the way the company started: one person doing careful repairs for neighbors, where reputation was the whole business. It still is.
