What Happens After You Send Your Request
We read every request ourselves. During business hours, we reply by phone or email to confirm what you need, ask any questions about the work and, when it helps, ask for a few photos. For most jobs that is enough for us to give you a price. For larger or less clear jobs, we will set up a time to look at it in person.
You always get the price before the work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead. There is no charge for asking.
How to Get the Most Accurate Estimate
A little detail goes a long way. The more we know up front, the closer the first price is to the final one.
- Describe each item on your list, even the small ones, so we can plan one visit.
- Tell us where in the home each job is and which city you are in.
- Mention the age of the home and any history, such as a past leak or a previous repair.
- Send photos if you can. A wide shot and a close-up of each problem is ideal.
- Let us know about timing, such as a listing date, a tenant move-in or a family visit.
What We Can and Cannot Quote Remotely
Many repairs, such as TV mounting, a faucet swap or a door adjustment, can be priced from your description and photos. Water damage, structural questions and anything hidden behind a wall may need a look first, because the real scope is not visible until the surface is opened. We will tell you which situation you are in rather than guess.

Yes. Asking for an estimate does not cost anything and does not commit you to the work.
How fast will you reply?
We reply during business hours, Tuesday to Saturday. If you need something sooner, calling is the fastest way to reach us.
Do I need to send photos?
Photos are optional, but they help us give a more accurate price and sometimes let us skip an extra visit.
Can I request several jobs at once?
Yes, and we encourage it. Grouping jobs into one visit is often the most efficient way to get a list done.
